Aerial yoga uses an adjustable hammock to support postures and make inversions safe and accessable.  Our approach focuses on working with gravity to relax and restore the body, focus the mind, uplift the spirit.  Even though aerial yoga is a newer practice, the science is in: there are numerous physical and psychological benefits to the practice of aerial yoga.  Many have to do with being able to safely sustain inversions, others have to do with fascial realease, challenging your fears and finding center.
